Floating Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Family Medicine (Laurens & Regional Sites), $100K+ Benefits

We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. You’ll support patient care at several outpatient family medicine sites across Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. If you enjoy patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and managing chronic conditions — and like building long-term relationships with patients and families — this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, focusing on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.
• Travel regularly to assigned family medicine clinics across the five counties.
• Deliver evidence-based care and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to coordinate each patient’s plan.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the electronic health record.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina medical license
• Certified or eligible for certification in your specialty (FNP, PA-C)
