Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Family Medicine (Greenwood, SC) with $100K+ & Mileage Reimbursement

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. In this role you’ll deliver primary care across multiple outpatient sites serving Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, focusing on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.
• Travel regularly between assigned family medicine clinics in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties.
• Work with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the electronic health record.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina license.
• Certification or eligibility for certification in your specialty (FNP, PA-C).
