Floating Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Abbeville & Regional Clinics (SC)

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced provider to join our Family Medicine team as a floating clinician, covering several outpatient sites across Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. If you enjoy patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and managing chronic conditions while building strong relationships with patients and families, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages across multiple clinics.
• Travel regularly to assigned family medicine sites within Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties.
• Deliver evidence-based care focused on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the electronic health record.

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina license.
• Certified or eligible for certification in your specialty (FNP, PA-C).
