Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning for a diverse adult patient population
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, primary care providers, and support staff to ensure coordinated, team-based care
• Participate in care coordination, case reviews, and interdisciplinary treatment planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
