Emergency Medicine NP or PA — Full-Time Opportunity in Littleton, NH (Rural ED)

Full-time opportunity in Littleton, NH for an experienced Emergency Medicine NP or PA. Competitive hourly pay of $70–$80 (DOE) with comprehensive benefits. Work in a supported rural emergency department providing care across the lifespan.

Key responsibilities

• Triage, evaluate, diagnose, and manage emergency patients of all ages
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; initiate treatment and disposition
• Perform procedures consistent with emergency scope of practice
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff on patient care
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and documentation initiatives

Requirements

• Current NP or PA license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
• National certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum 2 years’ emergency medicine experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a rural ED
