Pediatric Physician — West Phoenix, AZ (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a full-time Pediatric Physician to join our caring team in West Phoenix. You’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care for children from infancy through adolescence, helping families stay healthy and supporting development — particularly in underserved neighborhoods where your work makes a real difference.

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, sick visits, physical exams, vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning
• Counsel patients and families on wellness, growth and development, and preventive care
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality
• Maintain clear, accurate medical records in the electronic health record system
• Keep up with developments in pediatric medicine and participate in ongoing professional development

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Familiarity with pediatric clinical methods and techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
• Basic computer skills for electronic medical records
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Certification in CPR and AED use per American Heart Association/Red Cross standards
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
