Director, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory — Interventional Cardiologist (Boston area)

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to lead the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at a hospital just south of Boston, MA. This leadership role blends advanced clinical practice with strategic, operational, and quality oversight of a modern Cath Lab. The successful candidate will deliver patient-centered cardiovascular care while guiding program performance, innovation, and growth.

Practice highlights

• Lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary cardiology team supported by strong clinical and operational staff
• Practice in a state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory offering primary and elective PCI
• Provide 24/7 emergency cardiac care, including acute myocardial infarction management
• Balanced inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities
• Structured weekly schedule: four clinical days and one administrative day
• Shared hospital-based call rotation (1:5)

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts
• Demonstrated leadership experience or a strong interest in program development preferred
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary range: $400,000–$475,000
