Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Role in Tyrone, GA | Flexible Schedule, No Call, Strong Pay

Join a collaborative outpatient team in Tyrone, Georgia, delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care. This role features a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• One weekend shift every other week, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on prevention and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
