Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Practice, Duluth GA (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Duluth, Georgia, where you can focus on patient-centered care with a balanced, flexible schedule and no on-call duties. We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values collaboration, high-quality care, and a supportive clinical environment.

Schedule

• Three weekday shifts per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: one shift, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs in the primary care setting and support walk-in patients
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
• Collaborate closely with your care team to drive quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain a patient volume of roughly 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Uphold professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
