Join a growing Montana health system as a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pulmonologist in Great Falls. You’ll practice general outpatient pulmonology with the option to add Sleep Medicine, working with a supportive team that includes two experienced pulmonologists (one providing critical care coverage and consultations). The position emphasizes innovation, work-life balance, and high-quality patient care.
Position highlights
- Primarily outpatient practice with opportunity to develop a Sleep Medicine program
- New bronchoscopy lab with bronchoscopy and EBUS capabilities
- Standard Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; option for a 4-day, 10-hour work week
- Light, shared call schedule
- Strong internal referral network and rapid access to subspecialty and emergent services
Hospital and facility features
- Acute care hospital: 36 inpatient beds and a 10-bed open ICU
- Five ORs plus a 4-OR surgery center with five observation beds
- Two cath lab suites with an 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
- Eight-bed Emergency Department staffed by an experienced team
- State-of-the-art diagnostics, imaging, and equipment
- Full complement of in-house specialties and an integrated EMR/clinical support system

Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine
- Eligibility for Montana medical licensure
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Interest in Sleep Medicine is a plus but not required
