Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient, Flexible Schedule, No On-Call, Up to $280K + Incentives

Join a growing outpatient team in Hamilton, Georgia as a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. This role offers a patient-focused schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties. You’ll deliver high-quality, comprehensive care in a collaborative clinical setting.

Schedule:

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based primary care for adults, including routine exams and Pap smears
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and address urgent care needs in a primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
