Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established, high-volume ENT practice in Great Falls, Montana. This role is a general ENT position with some facial trauma coverage, strong hospital support, and a built-in referral base.

Practice and Schedule

  • General ENT practice with occasional facial trauma
  • Light call: approximately 1:4 (nights and weekends); excess-call stipends available
  • Monday–Friday schedule with option for a 4-day workweek
  • Opportunity to build on an existing patient base and internal referral network
  • daVinci Xi robot available for surgeons interested in robotic procedures
  • Hospitalist and dedicated nocturnist coverage

Facility & Clinical Resources

  • Acute care hospital with 36 inpatient beds and a 10-bed open ICU
  • 5 ORs plus a 4-OR Surgery Center and 5 observation beds
  • 2 cath lab suites with an 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
  • Busy 8-bed Emergency Department with experienced staff
  • Full spectrum of referring specialties and on-site emergent care
  • Modern diagnostics and surgical capabilities

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Montana
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
