Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Clinic, Braselton GA (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

Location: Braselton, Georgia — outpatient clinic

Role summary:
Join a growing outpatient team as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician providing comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults in a collaborative clinical environment. No on-call responsibilities.

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), shifts within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: one shift, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Minimal weekend commitment; no overnight/on-call duties

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including preventive care and wellness counseling
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent-care needs in the primary care setting and accommodate walk-ins
• Collaborate with care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage patient panel at approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour
• Maintain professional interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills; commitment to patient-centered care
