Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Remote (Flexible, Acute Stroke/ED Coverage)

We are hiring Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists for a fully remote locum tenens tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This ongoing opportunity offers flexible scheduling—ideal for physicians seeking supplemental work or a sustained telemedicine practice. You will deliver real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, via a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Compensation & Logistics

• Competitive locum hourly rate: $210–$220/hour
• 100% remote (work from home)
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedules; day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available

• Credentialing and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and recommend thrombolytic or endovascular interventions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology training a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Preferred licenses: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
