Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — 100% Remote, Flexible Shifts, $210–220/hr

We’re looking for board-certified or board-eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and ongoing needs—ideal whether you want supplemental shifts or a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient patients, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Primary responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consults to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and document encounters in the EMR
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and guide treatment plans

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Candidates with licenses in hand for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA are especially welcome
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
