Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Shifts, $210–$220/hr, Malpractice & Licensing Support

We are hiring Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This ongoing opportunity offers flexible scheduling—ideal for physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice—providing real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, via a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Core responsibilities:

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic and/or endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the electronic medical record

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Neurology Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status
• Experience managing acute neurologic and stroke cases; vascular neurology experience a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Applicants with licenses in hand for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA are preferred
• Comfortable assessing and managing acute neurologic conditions remotely
