Role overview

• Practice in a 16-bed pediatric emergency department with 2 trauma bays at a Level II Trauma Center.
• Physician coverage adjusts seasonally (typically 24–36 hours/day based on volume).
• Employment options: full-time (minimum 120 hours/month for full benefits), part-time, and PRN.
• W2 employment with hourly pay of $250–$265.
• Teaching opportunities with Pediatric and Family Medicine residents.
• Strong subspecialty support and a dedicated OB ED team.
• EMR: EPIC with 12 hours/day scribe coverage.
• Onsite imaging: CT, MRI, ultrasound, and bedside ultrasound for rapid diagnosis and care.
• Facility qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
