Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Flexible Shifts, $210–$220/hr, Malpractice & Licensing Covered

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology physicians to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a great fit whether you want supplemental clinical work or a long-term telemedicine practice—shifts are flexible, ongoing needs are consistent, and the platform provides full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Deliver real-time neurologic consultations for ED and inpatient teams, including acute stroke evaluations and other emergent neurologic conditions.
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and make recommendations on thrombolytic or endovascular decisions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document encounters in the EMR using a secure, enterprise-grade telemedicine platform with full technical and clinical backup.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology.
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship is a plus.
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support).
• Preference for candidates who already hold licenses in high-need states such as FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA.
• Comfort managing acute neurologic cases remotely and collaborating with on-site teams.
