Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Moses Lake, WA (Level III Trauma)

Join a Level III Trauma Center Emergency Department in Moses Lake, WA serving ~25,000 annual ED visits. You will work with a team of nine board-certified emergency physicians and three advanced practice providers in a collaborative environment with strong relationships across hospital services (hospitalists, surgery, OB/GYN, radiology, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, GI, tele-neurology).

Responsibilities

• Provide independent acute care in the ED with physician support on-site
• Manage a broad range of emergency presentations and coordinate with specialty services
• Participate in departmental workflows, documentation, and quality improvement

Schedule

• APP shifts: 2:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m., overlapping physician coverage (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.)

Compensation & benefits

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (family) or Physician Assistant
• Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Department experience required
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications
• Able to work independently in a high-acuity setting while collaborating with on-site physicians
