Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Remote (San Diego/Multistate)

Seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology physicians for a fully remote locum tenens tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. Provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, via a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

• Compensation: $210.00 to $220.00 per hour

Core responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters in the EMR according to hospital requirements

Minimum requirements

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
• Active U.S. medical license required

Preferred qualifications and licensure

• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred; licensing support provided
• Preferred to have licenses in hand for: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
