Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — 100% Remote, Flexible Shifts, $210–$220/hr

We are hiring Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology physicians for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states, with administrative base in Los Angeles, CA. This position offers flexible scheduling and an ongoing need—ideal for physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. Providers deliver real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, via a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Core responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke presentations and guide thrombolytic and endovascular decision-making
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the EMR and coordinate follow-up care as needed

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status in Neurology
• Experience managing acute neurologic cases; stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Preference for applicants with licenses in hand for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable delivering high-acuity care remotely and using telemedicine platforms
