Remote Locums Tele-Neurologist (Board-Certified/Eligible) — Flexible, Multi-State Telemedicine

We’re hiring board-certified or board-eligible neurologists for a fully remote locums tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is an excellent fit whether you want supplemental clinical work, a long-term telemedicine practice, or flexible locums engagements. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases — including stroke alerts — using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decision-making
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
• Comfort managing acute neurologic cases remotely; stroke experience preferred (vascular neurology a plus)
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA — we provide licensing support and can pay for additional state licenses as needed
