Board-Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Primary Care (Boston, MA)

• Boston, Brockton, and Lynn, MA
• Outpatient-only clinics

Role

• Deliver comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, integrated care model
• Manage complex medical and social needs of older adults and diverse patient populations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources
• Use EHR and other clinical technologies for documentation and care management

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $259,000–$270,000
• Full benefits package

Required qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine (must obtain certification within one year of start)
• Active MA medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Experience with EHRs

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Strong communication skills and cultural competence
