Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists sought for a fully remote locum tenens Tele-Neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. Provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular intervention
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop treatment plans
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred; licensing support available
