Locums Tele-Neurologist — Remote Acute & Inpatient Stroke Consultation (FT/PT)

We’re looking for board-certified or board-eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team providing real-time consults for hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a flexible opportunity — ideal whether you want supplemental shifts or a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll evaluate acute and inpatient neurology cases (including stroke alerts) using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and refine treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the EMR

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; fellowship or experience in vascular neurology is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Licenses in hand are preferred for states including FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
