Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Alpharetta (Flexible Schedule, No On-Call, $230–280K + Incentive)

Join a growing outpatient practice in Alpharetta, Georgia, as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care in a collaborative clinic environment. This role offers a flexible, patient-centered schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) within clinic hours of 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: one shift, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults, including routine exams and Pap smears
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain an average patient volume of approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Demonstrate professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and commitment to patient-centered care
