Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) Physician — Outpatient Clinic, Dallas GA

Join a growing outpatient team in Dallas, Georgia, where you can practice patient-centered Family or Internal Medicine in a supportive, collaborative setting. This role offers a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call responsibilities—perfect for physicians who value work-life balance while delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) with clinic hours from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call duties

What you’ll do

• Provide evidence-based primary care for adults, including routine exams and Pap smears
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and address urgent care needs within the clinic
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• See an average of 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to patient-centered care
