Urology Physician – Faculty Role in Phoenix with Robotics Leadership, Teaching & Competitive Benefits

Join our Department of Surgery in Phoenix, AZ as a full-time Urology Physician. Serve as faculty, deliver patient care, and support clinical and educational program growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient general urology care, including elective and emergency cases.
• Participate in shared call coverage.
• Lead development and expansion of the urology robotics program.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students.
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited urology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for an unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Preferred: fellowship training or substantial experience in robotic-assisted urologic surgery
