Inpatient Attending Psychiatrist — Adult Inpatient Program (Phoenix, AZ)

Join a large multi-specialty faculty practice group as a full-time inpatient attending psychiatrist in Phoenix, Arizona. You will provide care for hospitalized adults with serious mental illness within a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and educational setting.

Position highlights:

• Clinical load: Manage a census of ~9–10 adult patients with an average length of stay of ~22 days; majority are involuntary admissions.
• Academic opportunities: Faculty appointment available for eligible candidates with chances to teach and mentor residents and medical students.
• Team environment: Work closely with nursing, social work, psychology, and allied health professionals focused on evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation and benefits:
