Outpatient Family Medicine Physician — Peoria, AZ (100% Outpatient, Visa Eligible)

We are seeking a dedicated outpatient Family Medicine physician to join our Peoria, AZ team. This full-time role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about community-focused care and prefer a 100% outpatient practice with minimal call.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or eligibility)
• Current DEA registration for controlled substances
• Prior family medicine experience preferred
