Outpatient Internal/Family Medicine Physician — Mesa, AZ

Location: Mesa, Arizona — Full-time, outpatient position in a community clinic setting.

Position summary:
Seeking an Outpatient Internal or Family Medicine Physician for a 100% outpatient practice with minimal call responsibilities. Ideal for physicians focused on community-based primary care and continuity medicine.

Required qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Prior family medicine or outpatient experience preferred
