Summary:
Seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician to provide comprehensive primary care in a community health outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality outpatient care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct clinical assessments, formulate and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity.
• Engage effectively with patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license
• Valid DEA certificate
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum three years’ experience in community health
• Valid Arizona driver’s license

Preferred/Other Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including basic business English, spelling, and punctuation
• Competency interacting with diverse populations
