Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient family medicine care, including clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with organizational policies
• Coordinate care with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Practice residency
• Board certified in Family Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum three years’ experience in community health preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Cultural competence and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Proficiency with basic clinical methods and electronic medical records
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
