Outpatient Adult Primary Care Physician — Family Practice (Brockton, MA)

A well-established, multi-disciplinary community medicine group in Brockton, Massachusetts is looking for a full-time adult primary care physician to join a growing, mission-driven team. This is a 100% outpatient, clinic-based role focused exclusively on adult medicine, with a desirable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), no call, and no weekends.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients in a busy outpatient clinic
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Work closely with advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care
• Emphasize preventive health and patient education to improve long-term outcomes
• Support a patient-centered model focused on community health and reducing disparities

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive base salary: $220,000–$258,824 annually

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
• Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole is preferred
• Prior experience in ambulatory care, community health, or public health settings is a plus
