Outpatient Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP/FNP) — No Call, Flexible Schedule, Paterson NJ

This is a 100% outpatient role with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or on-call duties, supporting an excellent work–life balance. Flexible full- or part-time schedules are available, with optional Saturday coverage.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
• Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active or eligible for NJ NP licensure
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Commitment to compassionate pediatric care

Compensation & benefits:

• Salary $120,000–$140,000 annually (DOE)
