Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Boston, MA (Full-Time)

Join a busy, well-supported outpatient practice serving communities just south of Boston. We’re looking for a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to become part of one of the state’s largest multi-specialty, multi-site physician groups. Our clinic is easy to get to from the highway and less than an hour from Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive base salary $250,000–$325,000, with the potential to earn up to $600,000. After two years, compensation shifts to an RVU productivity model on top of base salary.
• Full benefits package, including occurrence-based malpractice insurance.
• Generous CME support: one week of CME leave and up to $3,000 in reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a Massachusetts medical license.
