Urgent Care Physician – Martinsburg, WV (3x12-Hour Rotating Shifts, Multi-Site)

Join a busy, multi-site urgent care network serving the Martinsburg, WV area as a flexible, patient-centered physician who enjoys a fast-paced, varied clinical environment. You’ll care for patients of all ages in a walk-in setting, delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment for acute illnesses and minor injuries while working closely with clinical teams to ensure great outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute conditions and minor trauma
• Provide efficient, evidence-based urgent care services in a high-volume setting
• Collaborate with nurses and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Float between multiple clinic locations as needed to provide coverage
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation

Schedule highlights

• Three 12-hour shifts per week with a rotating schedule
• Coverage includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays (clinics are open daily from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• No overnight shifts
• Must have open availability and comfort working across multiple sites

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA registration required by start date
• Prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred
