Hospital-Employed Anesthesiology Physician — $550-650K + Bonuses, Full Benefits, Littleton NH

Join our team in Littleton, NH as a full-time anesthesiology physician delivering comprehensive anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures. You’ll work closely with surgeons, nurses, and the broader care team to ensure safe, efficient perioperative experiences for our patients. The role includes participation in on-call rotations to provide anesthesia coverage beyond regular hours; call details will be discussed during the interview.

What we offer:

• Hospital-employed, permanent full-time position
• Comp: $550,000–$650,000 plus bonuses

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active New Hampshire medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Completion of anesthesiology residency
