- Schedule: four 10-hour weekday shifts (one weekday off; either Monday or Friday)
- Patient volume: average 15–20 patients per day
- Visit length: 20–40 minute appointments
- EMR: Cerner
- Start: immediate
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Active New Hampshire license
- DEA registration
