Job Description
Join a well-established and growing pulmonary practice just south of Boston as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will work alongside experienced pulmonologists in a collaborative, team-oriented setting dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Core responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pulmonary conditions
- Conduct follow-up visits and longitudinal disease management
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies (PFTs, imaging, labs) and integrate results into treatment planning
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans and provide patient education on disease management and prevention
- Accurately document encounters in the electronic medical record and coordinate care with pulmonologists and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Current NP or PA certification and Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure
- Prior pulmonary experience preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in pulmonary medicine will be considered
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills; commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork
