Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Competitive Pay, Collaborative Team, Boston-area

Join a well-established and growing pulmonary practice just south of Boston as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will work alongside experienced pulmonologists in a collaborative, team-oriented setting dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Core responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pulmonary conditions
• Conduct follow-up visits and longitudinal disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (PFTs, imaging, labs) and integrate results into treatment planning
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans and provide patient education on disease management and prevention
• Accurately document encounters in the electronic medical record and coordinate care with pulmonologists and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Current NP or PA certification and Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure
• Prior pulmonary experience preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in pulmonary medicine will be considered
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills; commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork
