Family Medicine Physician — FQHC Opportunity in Tallahassee, FL

Well-established FQHC with multiple locations across North Florida seeks a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care in Tallahassee. The organization delivers high-quality, affordable medical and dental services to families.

Role

• Provide primary care for patients of all ages with emphasis on chronic disease management, wellness, and preventive services.
• Coordinate proactive care and collaborate closely with clinical staff.
• Report to site medical director.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct medical care: history, examination, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up per clinic policies and protocols.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
• Identify and implement preventive and wellness services.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to planning and implementing health service improvements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed salary: $185,000 annually
• Volume-based bonus incentives
• Fully employed position with full benefits package

Schedule

• 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of or current enrollment in an approved residency program
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE)
• Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• New graduates and current residents encouraged to apply
