Travel OB/GYN Physician — Full-Time, Physician-Led Program (West Chester, PA)

Physician-led travel OB/GYN position based in West Chester, PA. Full-time role combining locum-style compensation and flexibility with full-time benefits and stable employment.

Role summary

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care for unassigned patients and respond to OB/GYN emergencies at assigned hospitals across Pennsylvania.
• Ensure patient safety and continuity of care across hospital assignments.
• Collaborate with a national network of OB/GYN physicians within a physician-led model.

Schedule

• 7–9 24-hour shifts per month.
• Approximately 21 days off per month.
• Flexible scheduling with advance notice.

Compensation & benefits

• Annual salary: $300,000–$340,000.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency.
