You will deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions across all ages, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care and acute visit management
• Provide preventive services and health maintenance
• Manage chronic diseases with evidence-based approaches

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in Internal Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
