Gastroenterology Physician (Durango, CO) — Full-Time with Ownership Path & Immediate Volume

What you’ll be able to shape
From your first day you’ll have the autonomy to design a practice that fits your clinical interests and lifestyle. Initially you can scope 2 days per week with the option to scale to 4 days per week as desired. Clinic load, scope mix, and schedule are all flexible, allowing you to balance patient care with professional and personal goals.

Schedule and call
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling and no mandatory call. If you choose, optional paid hospital call is available.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed compensation in Year 1: $450,000 – $650,000, plus a signing bonus
• Forgivable income guarantee so you can earn full pay from day one
