Full-time opportunity in Michigan City, Indiana providing comprehensive dental care in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. Includes supervision of dental support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry: exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative care for patients of all ages
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care
• Supervise Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists as assigned
• Ensure compliance with dental laws, regulations, and organizational policies
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other providers to support whole-person care

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Indiana dental license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• Experience in not-for-profit or community health settings preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented
