A well-established, privately owned pain management practice in Panama City, FL is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pain Physician to join a growing, procedure-driven outpatient team. This role suits physicians trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology who want a high-volume clinical practice with strong referral sources and long-term earning potential.

Compensation & benefits

• Year 1 base salary: $375,000–$425,000+
• Year 2: transition to a draw based on a percentage of collections

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship (required)
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure; DEA registration in good standing
• Strong procedural skills and commitment to evidence-based pain care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
