We are seeking a Non-Interventional Pain Management Physician—ideal for clinicians trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology—who values a predictable weekday schedule and collaborative team environment.

• 100% outpatient, office-based practice
• No call, nights, or weekends; Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Focus on non-interventional, conservative pain management
• Patient mix primarily personal injury with some workers’ compensation

Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000–$350,000+
• Year 2: transition to a draw based on a percentage of collections

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases preferred but not required
