Partnership-Track Anesthesiologist — Generalist with Strong Regional Skills in Bethlehem, PA (Competitive Salary & Benefits)

Join a growing private anesthesia group of 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs seeking a full‑time, partnership‑track Anesthesiologist to support network expansion. We are looking for generalists with strong regional anesthesia skills. Residents graduating in 2022 are encouraged to apply; fellowship-trained candidates will receive strong consideration.

Clinical scope includes cardiac anesthesia provided by a dedicated team of fellowship‑trained CT anesthesiologists, as well as care for orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular, and general surgery.

Call schedule

• First (in‑house) call: once every 14 days. Weekday in‑house call begins 3–4 PM and ends at 7 AM the next day. Weekend in‑house call is 24 hours (7 AM–7 AM); you will be supported by 2–3 CRNAs on 24‑hour call.
• Second (backup) call: also once every 14 days.

Compensation and partnership

• Year 1 base: $400,000; Year 2 base: $425,000.
• Partnership is voted on after 18 months and granted upon completion of two years; partnership compensation averages over $450,000/year.
