Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and collect specimens for testing per policy.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments; initiate and document nursing interventions and patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members; assist with procedures as needed.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, patient education and other nursing activities in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; monitor and supervise patient conduct and order.
