Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Overview:
Provide direct patient care under RN/physician direction in a fast-paced clinical setting. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, performing wound care (assessment, cleaning, dressing, monitoring for infection), and ongoing vital sign surveillance. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and educate patients and families on diagnoses and self-care. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection prevention and control protocols.
